In late August 2021, Aerosolex completed scheduled shutdown maintenance of processing units at its high purity dimethyl ether production facilities.
During the maintenance, the dynamic, column, capacitive and heat exchange equipment, as well as pipelines underwent preventive operations, included inspection, revision, cleaning, and replacement of sections, parts, assemblies, catalysts, consumables, industrial safety expertise, and adjustment.
Rinat Iskhakov, CTO of Aerosolex, “Shutdown maintenance at the hazardous production facility is an extremely important stage to ensure safe and efficient operation of production. We have conducted all the necessary operations to increase the level of equipment reliability, industrial and environmental safety, as well as reduce the number of unscheduled shutdowns and energy consumption.”
Due to the rapid increase in the number of coronavirus cases, the plant involves additional security measures, such as systematic thermometry, providing employees with additional protective equipment, disinfection and sanitary treatment of the territory and premises, digital security clearance, as well as contactless briefings. Thanks to this, during the maintenance, it was possible to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
